We provide regular maintenance of your home on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis.
You and your home have unique needs.
We’re good communicators and we want to hear about the specific cleaning tasks and problem areas that you want prioritized so that we can create a custom cleaning solution for you and your home.
We follow a detailed cleaning checklist every time to ensure consistency, but if your home requires a specific task that falls outside of our checklist, we’ll do our best to accommodate!
We encourage and allow you to leave detailed instruction when you book online, or you can have a in-depth conversation with our management team about your expectations.

Yes - barring any sick days or vacation days, in which case we will send another one of our trusted team members with your permission.

For your initial clean we recommend (not mandatory) being present to meet your cleaning team and give them a quick tour of your home. But this is not mandatory. You do not have to be home for any of the cleans, as long as the team can get in and get out.

Our team comes fully equipped with our own professional-grade, eco-friendly cleaning supplies and equipment.
However, if you prefer to supply a specific product for us to use, we are happy to accommodate. -

We take credit card to hold your booking, and we keep it securely on file in order to seamlessly take payment after each appointment. You then receive an automatic email receipt.
